Our hats are made from a variety of high-quality materials; natural and sustainable raw materials from Latin America, designed to resist over time with a timeless style.

- Protect it from water: Humidity can weaken the straw, avoid getting it wet or leaving it in humid places.
- Clean it: Use a soft or damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
- Keep the hat stored in our linen hat boxes, this will prevent it from collecting dust.
- Avoid leaving it in direct sun for prolonged periods, as it dries out and weakens the straw or discolors the tone.

By following these basic care, you can prolong the life of your natural straw hat and keep it in good condition.

Our straw hats are an interpretation of summer. Its fabric in natural toquilla palm fiber is an artisanal heritage of the communities that produce it.

Our designs, being handmade and personalized, have a stipulated manufacturing period, so shipping times may vary.

You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions:

- The hat must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

- The purchase receipt or proof of order must be presented.

- Personalized or custom-made hats are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
