- Removing lint or flecks: Remove them with a sticky roller brush or adhesive packing tape.
- Keep the hat stored in our linen hat boxes in a cool place, this will prevent it from collecting dust.
- Avoid exposure to the sun for excessive periods of time to avoid discoloration.
- Protection against humidity: Avoid exposing it to rain or excessive humidity, as it can deform it. If the hat gets wet, let it dry at room temperature.
- Shape maintenance: Using steam.

By following these basic care, you can keep your felt hat in excellent condition and prolong its useful life.

Our designs, being handmade and personalized, have a stipulated manufacturing period, so shipping times may vary.

You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions:

- The hat must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

- The purchase receipt or proof of order must be presented.

- Personalized or custom-made hats are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
